He is at grade 5th.
He has free time every sunday so he feels like not enough for him have vacations this week.
One day he makes a phone call to his teacher.

Teacher: Hello !
Sok: Hi, this is Sok's father is speaking
Teacher: Hi , how can i help you?
Sok: I'm calling to ask your permission for my son,Sok.
He is sick. He can't go to school for afew more days.
Teacher: Who is this speaking? I forgot !
Sok: My father is speaking !

I do not know if it is a joke or not. I just burst into laugh unconsciously with a last phrase "My father is speaking !"
