Hello BongSrey and All...I have a Good Contractor

I need you all help to write an issue as like this : I just become a small BOSS of cleaning contractor and I want to write a pappar of "agreement between Employer and emplyee" which is it like this:

"The agreement between employer and employee...before you want to quit your work, you have to let me know 0ne week ahead, otherwise, you loosing your paying of a half month your salary..."

Employer Sign............Employee Sign....



Hello!! is it good writing like that or need to fill or fix some paragrapth or sentences. please help me. cuz Im not good in english tei.
